The Reuse Client Information ( aka Data Management) feature will allow you to reuse your client information and populate multiple templates later. Client Information automatically gets uploaded, when a Woodpecker questionnaire is submitted.
Data Management groups the responses by email addresses and if you're using your email address as a submitter multiple times, that Data will be overwritten.
If you're using Internal Questionnaire, you just need to have the correct advanced setting setup:
Turn on the following advanced setting, so the submitter won't get notified, and use the client's email address to submit your internal questionnaire.
This way, you will always have a unique identifier (client’s email address) for questionnaire submission, and you can easily search for the data in your Dashboard and populate your templates.
There are cases when your client might not have an email address. Since you're using the "submitter email address" solely to group the responses in Data Management, we recommend in these cases to use a unique email for them: firstname.lastname@example.org.
