This Zap connects your Lawmatics submission with Woodpecker Template(s).
If you don't want to build it from scratch try our pre-built Zaps here.

Below you can find step-by-step guidance on how to create this Zap:

Step 1:

  • Go to your Zapier Dashboard and click on " Create Zap"

  • Choose account: Log in to your Lawmatics account

  • Set up trigger: Select the questionnaire you want to connect with Woodpecker and click Continue

    Step 2:

    • Choose app & event: Select Woodpecker, and add "Populate Documents" as action event

    • Choose account: Log in to your Woodpecker account ( You will need your Woodpecker API key, which you can get here)

    • Set up action: select the template(s) from your Document Collection) and match all Corresponding Lawmatics fields with your Woodpecker fields.

(NOTE: Click on Refresh Fields. This step MUST be completed for Zapier to recognize the Woodpecker fields that will be populated.)

  • Step 3:

    • Select how you want to receive the populated documents after someone submits the Lawmatics. For this example, we will send an email to our Gmail account with the documents attached.

    • Choose app & event: Select your app Gmail/Outlook or the app where you want to receive the populated template(s)

    • Choose account: Log in to your account

    • Set up action: Add the Woodpecker Zip link as an attachment and fill out the rest of the required fields ( To/ Subject/ Email Body/)

    Step 4:

    • Test your Zap: Submit a Lawmatics questionnaire and see if you receive the document in your mailbox!

    • Turn on your Zap!
