Woodpecker and Worldox (a robust document management platform) work perfectly together when Woodpecker is installed from inside of Word directly.

Follow these steps to ensure a seamless Woodpecker installation, when using Worldox.

1. Install Woodpecker from Word, using the Get Add-ins function

2. Once installed, launch Woodpecker from the Home tab on the Command ribbon
or from the Insert tab, using My Add-ins (depending on your version of Word)

3. To save your template to your Document Collection in Woodpecker (required to use the Multi-populate feature), when prompted in Word, select "Save to Current Web Location"

4. To save your template to the Worldox platform, when prompted in Word, select "Save to Worldox"
