Once you’ve created your Woodpecker template by either using Woodpecker Auto-template or by creating custom fields manually, it’s finally time to fill these fields in and draft a version of your document!

Enter any set of values for your fields and click the “Populate” button at the bottom of the app. Woodpecker will fill in each instance of your fields with the values that you’ve specified.

With each situation where you're preparing a document for a new recipient (for example a new client that you need to send a contract to), all you have to do is open up Woodpecker, enter in the new information and click the "Populate" button. Sit back and watch Woodpecker work it's magic as it fills in all of the fields with your new data.

Curious about populating multiple documents at once? Check out how to use the "populate multiple" feature here.
