As a team we believe that abstract names tend to be remembered more easily (which is why we didn't call ourselves "Document Preparation Software Company").

Besides being fun to watch, woodpeckers create holes in trees for everything from storage to nesting, providing a key ecosystem service that is essential to many species. 

Our software creates and fills figurative "holes" in a document while maintaining the integrity of the document itself, also providing a key ecosystem service, but for our users.
